The Regional Water Authority (RWA) is hosting its fourth Stakeholder Forum for the Sacramento Regional Water Bank, a project using the Sacramento region’s natural infrastructure, our groundwater aquifer, as a reservoir for depositing water during wet times for withdrawal during dry times.
